What is genuinely useful to send
- A correction. The page, the figure you think is wrong, and what you believe the right value is. A link to a product label or a published standard makes it immediate rather than a research task.
- A product we have missed. Particularly one that publishes a specification its competitors do not - those are the ones this site is built to reward.
- A question this site should answer and does not. The gaps are genuinely useful to hear about.
What we cannot help with
- Diagnosing your specific pool remotely. Without your test readings there is nothing to go on, and guessing would be worse than useless.
- Recommending a local pool service. We have no way to assess a contractor in your area, and the methodology page explains why we do not pretend otherwise.
- Construction, resurfacing, gas or electrical work. All of those need a licensed professional.
- Warranty or order problems. We are not a retailer and have no visibility of your purchase - that is a conversation with whoever sold you the product.

Scooter M., who writes everything here. Not a support desk, so a reply may take a few days - but corrections get acted on, and the page’s last-reviewed date is updated when they are.
